Adult and youth ticket eligibility
Ticket eligibility is determined by the attraction or ticket supplier and may depend on age, height, nationality or document type. The Youth 6–18 option is subject to eligibility verification. If the selected ticket type is not valid for a traveler, CNTrip will contact you before the ticket is confirmed.
Operating conditions
Opening hours, last entry time, cable car service and access to outdoor walkways can change because of weather, maintenance, safety controls, capacity limits or attraction operations. The final usable date, entry method and included access are stated in the confirmed voucher.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on whether the ticket has been confirmed or issued and on the supplier rules for the selected date. The applicable terms will be provided before ticket confirmation. If CNTrip cannot confirm the selected product or date, no admission voucher will be issued and the order will be refunded to the original payment method.
