Price and traveler types
Displayed prices are per selected traveler type. They are not a guaranteed total price for an entire vehicle or group. Adult and child traveler types may need to be added separately. CNTrip will verify traveler ages, party size, tour format, transport and final inclusions before confirmation.
How booking works
- Select the traveler type, quantity and preferred tour date, then provide your Xi'an pickup hotel or area.
- CNTrip checks the guide, transport, pickup coverage, attraction ticket slots and meal arrangement with the relevant local supplier.
- We may contact you for traveler names, ages, passport or valid ID details required for ticket booking.
- A request to check the Song of Everlasting Sorrow does not reserve a ticket. It is confirmed only when its date, seat category, price and return arrangement are written into the final itinerary.
- The day tour is confirmed only after CNTrip sends the final itinerary or voucher.
Pickup conditions
Hotel pickup is available only within the service area stated in the final confirmation. Depending on the hotel location, traffic controls and tour format, travelers may be assigned a nearby meeting point. Any pickup surcharge will be disclosed before confirmation.
Visitor requirements
- Bring the passport or valid ID used for ticket booking.
- Wear suitable footwear for extended walking.
- Tell CNTrip in advance about mobility requirements, young children, dietary needs or the need for a child safety seat.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on whether the guide, transport and attraction or performance tickets have been confirmed or issued and on the supplier rules for the selected date. The applicable terms will be provided before final confirmation. If CNTrip cannot confirm the requested date or essential services, no final itinerary or voucher will be issued and the order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Seller and service role
CNTrip processes the booking request and coordinates confirmation. The confirmed local operator provides the guide and transport services. The attractions and performance organiser control admission, ticket slots, schedules, seat availability and onsite safety rules. CNTrip is not the attraction or performance authority.
