If the requested departure is unavailable, we'll contact you to discuss available alternatives and applicable cancellation or refund terms.

How booking works

  1. Select your preferred date and the number of daytime tour travelers.
  2. You can leave the pickup hotel or area blank. CNTrip will confirm the pickup location with you by WhatsApp or email after checkout.
  3. CNTrip checks the group departure, pickup coverage, guide availability, route, attraction ticket slots and any meal arrangement with the local supplier.
  4. We may request traveler names, ages and passport or valid ID details required for ticket booking. Your booking is confirmed when CNTrip sends the final itinerary or voucher.

Visitor information

  • Bring the passport or valid ID required for attraction ticket booking.
  • Wear comfortable footwear for extended walking and City Wall surfaces.
  • Tell CNTrip in advance about mobility requirements, young children, dietary needs or a child safety seat request.

Changes and cancellations

Changes to group departures, guide arrangements and attraction tickets are subject to supplier rules and ticket issuance status. Applicable cancellation and refund terms will be provided with the booking information. If the requested departure or an essential service cannot be confirmed, CNTrip will contact you to discuss available options.
