Arrival and departure transfers are arranged according to your confirmed flight or train details. Please provide the relevant arrival/departure information after booking; final pickup instructions are confirmed before the tour.
Cancellation & refund
For regular dates, cancellations or date changes are accepted up to 3 days before departure. For Labour Day, National Day and Chinese New Year departures, cancellations or date changes are accepted up to 7 days before departure. Requests made after the applicable deadline, no-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable and cannot be changed.
