Booking questions
Is the price per person or per group?
Each product page should show the pricing basis clearly. If a product has multiple traveler types or group-size prices, check the available options before booking.
Are attraction tickets included?
Included tickets are listed on each product page. Optional or excluded tickets are shown separately when they apply.
Can I customize an itinerary?
Yes. Use the contact page and include your destination, date, group size, hotel area and must-see places.
How is pickup arranged?
Pickup rules depend on the product. Some routes include hotel pickup within a defined area, while ticket-only products may require self-arrival.
Do I need to bring my passport?
Many China attractions require passport or valid ID checks for entry or ticket exchange. Product pages will note this when relevant.
What if my date is not available?
